1、 主(zhu)機
中(zhong)央空調水系(xi)統組成部分
主機部(bu)分由壓縮機、蒸(zheng)發器、冷凝器及冷媒(制冷劑)等組成,其工作循環(huan)過程如下:
首(shou)先(xian)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)態(tai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)被壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)進入(ru)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)并逐漸冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)液(ye)體。在冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)會(hui)釋放(fang)出大(da)量熱能,這部分(fen)熱能被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水(shui)(shui)吸收并送到(dao)(dao)室外(wai)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)塔上(shang),最終釋放(fang)到(dao)(dao)大(da)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)去。隨后冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)液(ye)態(tai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)在流(liu)經蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)前的(de)節流(liu)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝置時,因(yin)為(wei)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力的(de)突變而(er)氣(qi)化,形成(cheng)氣(qi)液(ye)混合物進入(ru)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)在蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不斷(duan)氣(qi)化,同時會(hui)吸收冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)熱量使冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)達(da)到(dao)(dao)較低(di)溫度。,蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氣(qi)化后的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)又變成(cheng)了低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)體,重新進入(ru)了壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機,如此循環往(wang)復(fu)。
2、 冷卻水循環部分(fen)
該部(bu)分(fen)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)泵(beng)、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)管道(dao)、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)塔(ta)及冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器等(deng)組成。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)循(xun)環(huan)系統(tong)進行室內(nei)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換的同時,必將帶走室內(nei)大(da)量的熱(re)能。該熱(re)能通過主機(ji)內(nei)的冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒傳遞給冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui),使(shi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)溫度升(sheng)高。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)泵(beng)將升(sheng)溫后的冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)壓入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)塔(ta)(出(chu)水(shui)(shui)),使(shi)之與(yu)大(da)氣(qi)進行熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換,降低溫度后再(zai)送回主機(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(回水(shui)(shui))。
3、冷凍(dong)水(shui)循環系統
該部分由(you)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍泵(beng)、室(shi)(shi)內(nei)風(feng)(feng)機及(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)等組成。從主(zhu)機蒸(zheng)發器流出的低(di)(di)溫冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)由(you)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍泵(beng)加(jia)壓送入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(出水(shui)(shui)),進(jin)入室(shi)(shi)內(nei)進(jin)行熱(re)交換(huan),帶走(zou)房間內(nei)的熱(re)量,回(hui)到主(zhu)機蒸(zheng)發器(回(hui)水(shui)(shui))。室(shi)(shi)內(nei)風(feng)(feng)機用于將空氣(qi)吹過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)道(dao),降低(di)(di)空氣(qi)溫度(du),加(jia)速室(shi)(shi)內(nei)熱(re)交換(huan)。
